- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- BBQ1 tablespoon
- Sour cream200 g
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Cheese to taste
- Season the meat with seasonings to taste, I used salt, cumin, smoked paprika and vinegar
- let marinate
- In the pressure cooker, sauté the onion and tomato.
- After that, add the meat and fry well.
- Add the ketchup and the barbecue and mix.
- add the noodles
- Fill with water until everything is covered.
- Cover the pot and after getting pressure, leave it for 5 minutes and turn it off.
- Wait for the steam to come out and open the pan.
- Turn the heat back on, leave it on low heat
- Add the cream, curd and cheese, mix
- Bring to a boil for the sauce to thicken
- Finish with green smell
