Ingredients

  • Macaroni | 500 g
  • Tomato | 2 unit(s)
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Garlic |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)
  • Diced ham | 250 g
  • Diced Mozzarella | 250 g
  • Sour cream | 200 g

Recipe

  1. In a pressure cooker, sauté the garlic, onion and tomato in a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the sauce and cream, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the raw pasta, and add water to cover it.
  4. Cover the pan and let it get pressure, after 3 minutes turn it off and wait for all the pressure to come out.
  5. Open the pan put the ham and cheese and stir. Serve it hot
