  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Chopped Ham100 g
  • Tomato sauce200 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Hot water600 ml
  • Bay leaf2 unit(s)
  • Penne pasta or screw1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Mozzarella100 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat 1 drizzle of olive oil and saute the chopped onion and garlic.
  2. Add the ham, tomato sauce, cream and hot water.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Add bay leaves, macaroni and cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Close the pan and leave it under pressure for 10 minutes.
  7. Finish with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
