- Recipe
- Spaghetti Pasta (I used Barilla)500 g
- Ground Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil6 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green olives1/2 cup
- Oregano (optional) to taste
- In a pan put plenty of water and wait to boil, add the spaghetti type pasta and don't break it in half, wait for it to start sinking in the pan and push it with a spoon or spatula
- Add a tablespoon of salt to the cooking water and cook until al dente (neither too soft nor too hard) drain the pasta and set aside
- In a pan put the olive oil and the ground garlic and sauté until golden, add the cooked pasta and stir well, add the chopped green olives and mix well, turn off the heat
- Serve then and sprinkle oregano to taste or grated parmesan cheese 😋
