  • Ground duckling500 g

  • Coconut milk1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1/2 unit(s)
  • Basil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
  1. In a pan, place the oil and butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and keep sautéing until the meat is fried well and creates a crust at the bottom of the pan. Add the coconut milk, tomato, tomato paste and let it cook a little. Turn off and add the basil leaves At this point, enter the pasta cooked al dente. If necessary, adjust the salt. Mix well and finish with cheese of your choice, grated colonial cheese on top.
