- spaghetti noodles1 unit(s)
- Garlic8 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Cooking water8 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Bring the water to a boil, when it boils, add a drizzle of oil and salt.
- Put the Spaghetti Noodles
- Stir with the help of a fork, to leave it very loose.
- When you have it to the tooth, turn off the fire
- Remove 8 spoons of the water from the Cooking itself or if you prefer a ladle
- Drain the Noodles
- In a pan, put 8 cloves of garlic already cut or more, it will depend on your taste.
- Add the oil and let the garlic brown.
- Soon after, add salt and saffron, stir a little
- Add the cooking water.
- Now just mix the already cooked macaroni
- Turn off the heat and put some cilantro and chives on top.
