  • Recipe
  • Water2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Seasoning1 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  1. Put the water, milk, butter and seasoning in the pan and bring to a boil.
  2. When it boils, add the flour and stir well until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan.
  3. Let it cool down and when filling, always grease your hand with a little oil.
  4. Take small portions of the dough and fill according to your taste (cheese, ground beef, sausage...)
  5. Roll in breadcrumbs
  6. Fry in very hot oil.
