  • Milk1 cup
  • Chicken broth2 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  1. In a pan, bring the water, the milk, the butter and the crumbled chicken stock to a boil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. When it boils, pour in 2 ½ cups of wheat flour and stir well, if necessary add the remaining ½ cup.
  3. Let it cook for a few more moments and remove from the heat. On a work table, knead the dough well (it should not stick to your hands). The more you knead, the softer it will be.
  4. Let it cool and stir as you like.
