- Water80 l
- Grind the cookies in a food processor.
- Add the butter and biscuits to the food processor and blend until crumbly.
- Place the biscuit and butter mixture in a lightly greased pan.
- Press down with your fingers to make the mixture very compact on the bottom and sides and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Start by hydrating the gelatin.
- Then put hydrated gelatin in the blender and add the remaining ingredients, the condensed milk, the cream and the concentrated juice.
- Whisk until well blended.
- Pour the cream into the mold and store in the fridge until firm.
- For the very simple passion fruit jelly, place the passion fruit pulp, sugar and water in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Let it boil until it has a caramel consistency.
- Turn off and let cool.
- Pour the passion fruit jelly over the cooled pie. can serve!
