Water800 ml
Chicken broth1 unit(s)

In a pan, put the water, chicken broth, salt, paprika and seasonings to taste, it is important to leave the broth well seasoned, for the pasta to be very tasty. Wait for the water to come to a boil.
After boiling the water, gradually add the wheat flour and mix well, depending on whether you need to add all the flour, keep stirring until the dough comes together just the bottom.
Then take the dough to a bench, dissolve well, until it's smooth. After the dough has cooled, fill as you like. If it's coxinha, rissoles or cheese ball.
Dip in milk and wheat flour and then just fry.
