  • Cooked PAPPARDELLI Noodles300 g
  • Filet mignon strips or other meat500 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese100 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Ricotta Cream200 g
  • Garlic and Onion to taste
  1. In a frying pan, add the garlic and onion, to brown with oil.
  2. Then add the fillet mignon strips, let it fry well
  3. Meanwhile, prepare a sauce in another pan.
  4. Add the gorgonzola cheese and let it melt, then add the cream and ricotta cream and bring to a boil.
  5. Take the sauce and put it next to the meat, serve with noodles, but if you prefer you can serve with bread
