Pappardelle with mushrooms in butter

  • Pappardelle Noodles400 g
  • Water2 l
  • Soy sauce50 ml
  • Chopped Shitake Mushroom200 g
  • Chopped Paris Mushroom200 g
  • Shimeji Mushroom200 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Chopped chives to taste
  1. Bring the 2 liters of water to a boil. After raising the boil, add the pasta and let it cook for approximately 15 minutes. Drain and reserve.
  2. In a large skillet, place the butter and as soon as it melts, add the mushrooms.
  3. Stir for 2 minutes and add the soy sauce. Sauté the mushrooms for another 1 min.
  4. Add the cooked Pappardelle and stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.
  5. Place in a refractory or platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions on top.
  6. Serve next.
