  • Parmesan cheese1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Chopped parsley1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  1. For the pancake sauce: Sauté the ground beef, peppers, onion and tomatoes, season with salt to taste, leave the sauce a little drier. Reserve
  2. Beat the eggs, oil, milk, cheese, parsley and flour in a blender, until the dough is homogeneous.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan, to fry the pancakes, fry one side and turn and fry the other.
  4. Put the meat on the pancake, roll it up and put it in a refractory, put the sauce on the pancakes, and cover with mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven to melt the cheese.
