  1. Add a drizzle of oil, the crushed garlic with a little salt, let it brown... Add the onion and meat, stir well until the meat changes color and the water starts to dry up. Put the paprika and a little water to cover the meat and pour in the green seasoning (leave a little to use in the checkout) and the homemade seasoning (taste to see if the salt is good), cover the pan and let it cook until the broth. Blend all ingredients well in a blender.
