- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Milk1.5 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender!
- Heat a non-stick frying pan greased with olive oil, pour the dough into a shell and spread it all over the bottom of the frying pan.
- Once you release from the skillet, turn the side. Repeat the process until you run out of dough.
- Stuff to taste. I used braised ground beef, topped with tomato sauce and grated parmesan.
- Take it to the oven just to warm up.
