- Mozzarella1 to taste
- Ham1 to taste
- Chicken breast500 g
- Oregano1 to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- First you will clean the chicken and sauté it with your favorite seasonings and put it under pressure to cook. Once cooked you will shred and sauté in olive oil and onion add the tomato sauce and set aside.
- To make the pancake batter you will hit the blender: milk, flour, oil, salt and eggs. Then in a frying pan you will make the pancake discs one by one. After the discs are ready you will assemble the lasagna. On a platter you first put a little sauce then line it with pancakes, mozzarella, ham and make the layers like this until you run out of ingredients. Finally, sauce / olive oil / mozzarella and oregano. Place the lasagna in a preheated oven at 180° until the cheese melts.
