- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Milk | 200 ml
- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Salt | 1 teaspoon
- Mix the liquid ingredients in a blender
- Add the wheat flour and salt
- Mix until it forms a smooth dough
- In a non-stick skillet, spread the dough
- Cook over low heat until golden on the bottom.
- Flip the dough and let it brown the other side.
- Place on a platter and repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
