- This recipe does not have the right measure, it is in the famous eyemeter, the consistency of the dough is your preference that will decide the amount of milk and flour.
- Mix all the liquid ingredients in the blender along with half an onion and a clove of garlic, add the seasonings and finally add the flour little by little until you reach the consistency you prefer.
- Bring to the fire in a round skillet small portions to form the pancake discs, use a few drops of oil so it doesn't stick to the skillet
