- A pinch of salt1 unit(s)
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Then turn it off and, with a spoon, mix the flour that stuck to the blender cup.
- Beat again just to mix and set aside.
- Grease the skillet with a drizzle of oil and heat until hot.
- With the help of a ladle, take a portion of dough and place it in the skillet, rotate the skillet to spread the dough well.
- Lower the heat and let it brown underneath, then turn the other side and let it brown, repeat the process with all the dough.
