- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Pinch of Sugar1 unit(s)
- Heat the water and margarine until lukewarm.
- In a bowl add the flour, salt and sugar mix,
- add the water with the warm margarine and stir, the dough loosens by hand (if necessary, adjust the point with flour).
- stretch the dough with your fingers in a non-stick frying pan, let it brown on one side over medium heat (5 minutes +-).
- Turn the dough over and add the stuffing of your choice, lower the heat and cover.
- When the filling melts the pizza is ready!
