- Wheat flour11/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 unit(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Tomato without skin, chopped2 unit(s)
- Drained Peas1 can(s)
- Chopped palm heart1 can(s)
- Cream cheese1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Milk5 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- grated cheese3 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in the multiprocessor until it becomes a homogeneous ball.
- Put the dough in a shape, making the edges well, make holes with the fork and take it to the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
- Fry the onion and garlic in the margarine.
- Add the tomato and sauté quickly.
- Add the peas, hearts of palm and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the cheese and salt and mix well.
- Dissolve the flour in the milk and add it to the heart of palm mixture.
- Leave on the fire for another 5 minutes. Add the parsley and mix.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Place the stuffing and the topping on top.
- Bake in the oven until golden.
- Serve with a green salad.
