  • Cooked rice3 cup
  • Vegetable pickle1 can(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Diced Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Medium onion, sliced1 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Straw Potato1/2 cup
  • Grated Mozzarella1/2 cup
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  1. Mix the selected vegetables with the cooked rice, without putting it in the oven and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onion in the oil and add the chopped tomato, the shredded chicken breast and the 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a bowl or shape, make a layer of rice, curd and a layer of sauce and repeat the same sequence again, ending with the last layer of rice.
  5. On the finished layers, spread the straw potatoes and the grated mozzarella.
  6. Finally, take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees and leave it for approximately 10 / 15 minutes and it's ready.
