- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 unit(s)

- Medium onion, sliced1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Straw Potato1/2 cup
- Grated Mozzarella1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Mix the selected vegetables with the cooked rice, without putting it in the oven and set aside.
- Sauté the onion in the oil and add the chopped tomato, the shredded chicken breast and the 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl or shape, make a layer of rice, curd and a layer of sauce and repeat the same sequence again, ending with the last layer of rice.
- On the finished layers, spread the straw potatoes and the grated mozzarella.
- Finally, take it to the preheated oven at 180° degrees and leave it for approximately 10 / 15 minutes and it's ready.
