- Cheese500 g
- Ham500 g
- Ready-made tomato sauce4 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Cooked rice500 g
- Cottage cheese250 g
- Prepare the sauce as usual or if you prefer you can use it straight from the sachet.
- In a refractory place a layer of sauce, a layer of rice, then place a slice of each next to the other.
- One row will be cheese, ham and cheese, and so on.
- Then place a spoonful of cheese on top of each slice of ham.
- Then intersperse one with sauce, rice, ham/cheese and curd. Repeat the process until the end.
- Spread the curd and make a layer of sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
- Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
