Cup of cream cheese
Place 800 ml of water, the cream, the tomato sauce sachet, the beef stock tablets in a pressure cooker and wait for it to boil.
When it boils, put the pasta in the pressure cooker and cover.
When you get pressure set 6 minutes and turn off.
Pour into a refractory platter, cover in this order: ham, mozzarella and spoonfuls of curd, put in the oven until the cheese melts.
