- Penne pasta (or other pasta of your choice)500 g
- Ham400 g
- Mozzarella cheese400 kg
- Sour cream: 1 box1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce: 1 package(s).1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 to taste
- Grated cheese:100 g
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain the water, and reserve.
- In a separate bowl, cut the mozzarella and ham into cubes, then add the cream and tomato sauce and mix everything together.
- In an oven-resistant refractory, place the macaroni and cover with the ham and cheese sauce.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce, so that they are well incorporated into each other. Sprinkle with the grated cheese (can be mozzarella) and bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 10 minutes, or until the cheese on the surface is crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
