- Spaghetti250 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Shoyu1/2 cup
- Oyster Sauce3 tablespoon
- Peanut1/2 cup
- Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil to taste
- Put the spaghetti to cook in a pan with plenty of water and a little salt. It has to be al dente.
- Cut the onion, tomato and garlic into cubes. In a pan, put a drizzle of oil, garlic and onion to brown. Add the tomato and let it cool. Then add the soy sauce and the oyster sauce and bring to a boil.
- Finally, add the peanuts and sauté a little longer. Mix the sauce with the pasta and mix well. Serve on time.
