Ingredients

• Wheat flour | 4 cup
• Milk | 250 ml
• Juice of 3 oranges | 200 ml
• Sugar | 3 cup
• Margarine | 3 tablespoon
• Egg | 4 unit(s)
• Baking powder | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In a mixer, add the sugar to the margarine, the eggs, beat everything, add the milk and the flour, little by little, beat everything, add the orange juice and the baking powder, also add the orange peel zest, mix well until uniform
2. In a greased shape with margarine and flour, pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180c and leave for 35 minutes.
