  1. Start by breaking the orange, remove the seeds, and the white pomace. ♡ In the blender, add the oil, eggs, orange with the peel and sugar, hit for like 4 minutes, transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour and baking soda, stir to mix. ♡Pour the mixture in a greased shape with margarine and sugar (the sugar will make the cake have a crust) ♡ Light to bake in preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes. For the syrup I used: ♡ juice of 1 orange ♡ 1 cup of sugar Melt the sugar until it turns caramel, and add the orange juice, mix until it's homogeneous. Ready, have a coffee and enjoy the moment, this cake is perfect
