- Eggs | 3 unit(s)
- Oil | 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk | 1 cup
- Salt | to taste
- Oregano | to taste
- Chemical Yeast | 1 tablespoon
- Wheat pasta | 500 g
- Cheese | to taste
- Ham | to taste
- Onion | to taste
- Egg Yolk (brush on top) | 1 unit(s)
- Margarine | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- PASTA: In a bowl, place the eggs, milk and oil, sugar, salt and margarine and then the yeast and stir well until uniform, then knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
- FILLING: Cut the ham and cheese and cut the onion. Mix with oregano and set aside.
- MOUNTING: Model by wrapping the stuffing, brush egg yolk on top. Put it in a shape and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180º, approximately for 50 minutes, or until golden. You will feel the wonderful smell, when you're ready there just delight yourself!
