  • Organic Dry Yeast (half a packet)05 g
  • Approximately warm milk01 cup
  • Approximately wheat flour4 cup
  • Stuffing: ground beef and cheese00 to taste
  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and add the warm milk little by little, when you can no longer stir with the help of the spoon, transfer the dough to a floured bench and knead very well (about 15 minutes).
  2. After kneading, let the dough rest for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. After this time, you can make the balls and shape them into an esfiha, as I did in the video: I take an amount of dough and open it with my fingers.
  4. With the shaped esfihas, you can now put the fillings of your choice, I used ground beef and cheese.
  5. Pass the esfihas to a greased shape with oil and cornmeal, if you don't have cornmeal, it can be wheat flour.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  7. Cheese filling 🧀 -approximately 250g of grated mozzarella cheese; -1 box of sour cream; - cilantro to taste.
