- START WITH THE FILLING Season the raw ground beef with lemon, tomato, salt and seasonings to taste. Then transfer the stuffing to a sieve and let it drain.
- For the dough, mix all the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Rest for 30 minutes.
- After the rest period, separate balls of the same size, each ball will be a sfiha.
- Also make a ball of ground beef. Use this ground beef ball to "sink" the ball of dough, press it well, and in the center, leaving a border of dough.
- Flour the form only cornmeal. Accommodate the esfihas and take it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until golden around the edges. Enjoy your food!!
