- Fried crackling400 g
- Chopped large onion4 unit(s)
- Margarine or butter400 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Place the chopped onion in a large pan to fry until golden in butter.
- Add salt and garlic and pepper mix everything
- Add the flour and toast over medium heat đ„ until the flour is very crispy, be careful to burn the bottom
