1 and 1/2 oat flour

Oatmeal Oven Pastry

PASTEL DE AVEIA 

Ingredientes: 

- 1 xícara e meia de farinha de aveia 
- 1 caixa de creme de leite 
- 1 col de sopa de manteiga 
- sal a gosto 

Modo de preparo : 
Em um recipiente coloque a farinha de aveia, o creme de leite,  a manteiga e o sal.

Amasse bem com as mãos, corte a massa em círculos e adicione o recheio de sua preferência 

Pincele com gemas e gergelim 

Leve ao forno por 20 min a 200 ° C

OAT PASTRY

Ingredients:

- 1 and a half cups of oat flour
- 1 box of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- salt to taste

Preparation mode :
In a bowl, place the oatmeal, cream, butter and salt.

Knead well with your hands, cut the dough into circles and add the filling of your choice.

Brush with egg yolks and sesame

Bake in the oven for 20 min at 200°C
