Cassava dough1 kg
Margarine500 g
Eggs6 unit(s)
Sugar800 g
Coconut Milk500 ml
Baking powder2 tablespoon
Brazil Nuts200 g
Salt to taste
Fennel to taste
Cloves to taste

Beat the sugar and margarine.
Add the eggs and add the cassava dough, and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Make tea with fennel and cloves. Reserve.
7. Add the fennel tea and strained cloves and mix with the ingredients.
Grease a 40cm or larger pan and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.
Cut and let cool to serve!
