- Chopped Tomatoes150 g
- Coconut Milk1/2 cup
- Tamari1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin1/4 tablespoon
- Chopped Cabbage2 cup
- Can of beans100 g
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet. Then, place the onion and mushrooms in a non-stick skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until the mushrooms have softened. Now add the cherry tomatoes, canned tomatoes, coconut milk, tamari, smoked paprika, onion salt and cumin. Cook, stirring constantly, over low-medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Drain the pasta and stir together with the beans. Then add the kale and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
