- In a bowl, add the eggs with the sugar and beat with the help of a wire whisk (fouet) or farvo. Then add the butter and Nescau mix very well and then add the wheat flour stir until the dough is very homogeneous pour the dough in a greased and floured form with Nescau light to bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for about 35 minutes.
- Tip: can be beaten in the mixer too
- Note: the dough is heavier than the common cake dough.
