  • Black Sepia Pasta200 g
  • Clean shrimp100 g
  • Cherry tomato50 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Emmental cheese100 g
  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as directed on the package until aldente.
  2. Season the prawns with salt and black pepper and place them in a frying pan with olive oil.
  3. Remove the prawns and enter with the tomato let it sauté well too
  4. Return the prawns together with the tomato, add the already cooked pasta (do not wash the pasta, remove it from the pan and add it) you can use a ladle of the cooking water
  5. Serve on a platter and finish with emmental cheese shavings.
