Cut 4 passion fruit and remove the pulp, sieve and discard the seeds of these same
Place the pulp (without seeds), sugar, oil, eggs in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
Grease a mold with oil and wheat
In a container, mix the wheat with the yeast and then throw the contents of the blender and mix until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Pour into the mold and bake at 180°.
For the topping, remove the pulp from the other two passion fruit, put it in a pan with water and a cup of sugar and mix until it starts to stick to the pan...
You can use the seeds of these passion fruit (they are toasted and very beautiful)
When the cake is ready, throw the frosting with the cake still hot, the secret is to make some holes in the cake
