- Wheat flour800 g
- In a bowl, mix the water and the yeast, then add the sugar, salt and oil. Keep stirring while adding the wheat flour little by little. After forming the dough, knead it for about 10/15 minutes. Separate and let it grow. After that, open the dough, cut into a rectangle, fill and close the dough. Bake until golden.
