  • Vegetable oil60 ml
  • Ground beef400 g
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Pepper2 teaspoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Qualho cheese200 g
  • Margarine4 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour100 g
  • liquid milk300 ml
  • Sour cream100 g
  1. First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions and place it in a bowl of cold water until ready to assemble.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat. Add the onion and let it sauté until wilted. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  3. To make the white sauce, in a pan, melt the butter, add the wheat flour and let it brown. Add the liquid milk, stirring constantly to avoid forming milk balls.
  4. When it acquires a creamy consistency, remove from the heat, add the cream and the sauce will be ready.
  5. In a container, place a portion of white sauce, covering with a layer of pasta and place the mozzarella cheese, qualho and the meat. Repeat the layers to the edge of the container and the lasagna is done.
