Sugar 240g (1 and 1/3 cup)240 cup
120 ml oil (1/2) cup120 ml
120 ml milk (1/2) cup120 ml
240g wheat flour (2 cup)240 g
30 g cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)30 g
5 ml vanilla essence (1 tsp) official5 ml
15g of chemical yeast (1 tablespoon)15 g

Beat the eggs with the sugar for about 3 minutes with a whisk.
Add the oil, milk and vanilla essence and mix some more.
Start adding the flour little by little.
When it becomes homogeneous, add the chemical yeast and stir once more.
Divide the dough in another bowl and in one of them add the chocolate powder.
Grease and flour a baking dish with a central hole of 22 cm in diameter and pour the two masses in between.
If you prefer, you can still move a little bit later with a toothpick.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C and leave for approximately 40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
Wait for it to cool down a bit before unmolding.
