- Sugar 240g (1 and 1/3 cup)240 cup

- 240g wheat flour (2 cup)240 g
- 30 g cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)30 g
- 5 ml vanilla essence (1 tsp) official5 ml
- 15g of chemical yeast (1 tablespoon)15 g
- Beat the eggs with the sugar for about 3 minutes with a whisk.
- Add the oil, milk and vanilla essence and mix some more.
- Start adding the flour little by little.
- When it becomes homogeneous, add the chemical yeast and stir once more.
- Divide the dough in another bowl and in one of them add the chocolate powder.
- Grease and flour a baking dish with a central hole of 22 cm in diameter and pour the two masses in between.
- If you prefer, you can still move a little bit later with a toothpick.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C and leave for approximately 40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
- Wait for it to cool down a bit before unmolding.
