- Water300 ml
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Stuffing of your choice500 g
- In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast and sugar, then add the salt. Then add the oil and water. Knead the dough well, until it is smooth and does not stick to your hand. Rest the dough at room temperature. for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough in two and reserve one of the parts; Open the other part with a rolling pin until it is very thin; Use a mug, small plate or other round utensil to divide it into several small doughs; Grease a baking sheet with butter and wheat flour, and place the dough on it; Add your favorite filling and bake over medium heat until golden.
