  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Warm water200 ml
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 coffee spoon
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella cheese300 g
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, add the oil, salt and sugar.
  2. Add flour little by little, mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Work with the dough for approximately 15 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough not too thick, as it grows a lot, leave it with about 0.5 cm
  6. Cut with a cutter or use a small round cap
  7. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove and fill with tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni and onion.
  9. Bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
