How to make the dough:
Mix the flour, butter and 1 egg until it forms a crumb.
Add the two tablespoons of ice water and gently knead to combine forming a ball.
With a whisk, beat the eggs and cream.
Saute the leek in the skillet with a little oil
Mix the garlic in the cream and add the cheeses.
Open the dough with your hands, assembling the bottom of the form and the side.
Place the stuffing and bake for + or – 30 min (from 25 to 30) at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden.
It's important to remember that each oven reacts differently, so be careful not to burn or remove the quiche too soon.
