  • lasagna noodles300 g
  • Sour cream2 cup
  • liquid milk2 cup
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Pepper1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Ground beef900 g
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Water1 l
  1. Cook the lasagna noodles in a pan, heating the water first and adding the noodles, softening just a little.
  2. Then in another pan, add oil, fry the garlic and onion, adding water, tomato paste and ground beef. Let it cook on low heat for 20 to 35 minutes and turn off the heat.
  3. For the white sauce, take another pan and add butter, heavy cream, liquid milk and wheat flour, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  4. Then, on a baking sheet, place a layer of the cooked pasta, the meat made, the white sauce and slices of cheese. Repeat this until the entire pan is filled and top with cheese last. Then take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes and the lasagna will be ready.
