  • Boiled and mashed potato500 g
  • Ground duckling500 g
  • Minced Garlic1 tablespoon
  • Green Smell1/2 cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Sea salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper and sweet paprika to taste
  1. Season the meat and add the potato. Mix everything with your hands and distribute in equal parts in the shape of a ball. Place in the freezer for 1 hour before baking. You can bake in the airfryer or oven for 40 minutes.
  2. You can fill it with cheese or hearts of palm. You can also freeze raw for 30 days.
