Minced beef with cassava

Crushed garlic cloves
Large chopped onion
Chopped skinless and seedless tomatos
2 to taste
Mashed boiled and squeezed cassava
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
In a pan, place the ground beef, oil and fry over medium heat until golden.
Add the garlic, onion and sauté until softened.
Add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and fry until the water dries up.
Remove from heat, mix in the green smell and chopped coriander.
Place in a medium refractory and set aside.
In a bowl, place the squeezed cassava, milk, butter, seasonings and mix.
Spread the puree over the refogado, sprinkle with the mozzarella and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 20 minutes or until the mozzarella melts.
