  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Milk1 l
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 coffee spoon
  • Diced chicken broth1 unit(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken1 kg
  • Colorau2 tablespoon
  • Curry1 tablespoon
  • Chicken broth1 cup
  • Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Breadcrumbs500 g
  1. In a large and thick pan, melt the margarine and add the milk, salt, 1/2 chicken stock cube and bring to a boil.
  2. With the milk boiling, add the flour all at once and stir with a wooden spoon with a long handle for about 30 minutes, turning the dough so that the flour cooks evenly.
  3. Remove the dough from the pan on a bench greased with margarine, cover with plastic and let it cool down.
  4. In another pan, place the chicken broth, paprika, curry, 1/2 chicken broth cube, curd cheese and shredded chicken. Adjust the salt and let it thicken. Add the green smell and let it cool.
  5. Divide the dough, open in the palm of your hand, put a spoonful of stuffing, close. Dip in water and breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in plenty of oil, not too hot, until golden. Place on paper towels to dry.
