- Milk1 l
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Diced chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Cooked and shredded chicken1 kg
- Colorau2 tablespoon
- Curry1 tablespoon
- Chicken broth1 cup
- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Breadcrumbs500 g
- In a large and thick pan, melt the margarine and add the milk, salt, 1/2 chicken stock cube and bring to a boil.
- With the milk boiling, add the flour all at once and stir with a wooden spoon with a long handle for about 30 minutes, turning the dough so that the flour cooks evenly.
- Remove the dough from the pan on a bench greased with margarine, cover with plastic and let it cool down.
- In another pan, place the chicken broth, paprika, curry, 1/2 chicken broth cube, curd cheese and shredded chicken. Adjust the salt and let it thicken. Add the green smell and let it cool.
- Divide the dough, open in the palm of your hand, put a spoonful of stuffing, close. Dip in water and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in plenty of oil, not too hot, until golden. Place on paper towels to dry.
