- Wheat flour until it comes off the hands700 g
- Put the first 6 ingredients in the blender.
- Soon after, pour it into a bowl, gradually add the flour, until the dough doesn't stick to your hands for + or - 10 min.
- Grease a shape and model the buns, take it to rest until it doubles in volume.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes or until golden.
